Kids Personal Training is simply personalized exercise for kids. We love our kids and they love Bfit! Individual training sessions for your youngster are scheduled one-on-one with a personal trainer. As a member your child can also benefit from kids workout hours Monday through Friday, 9am – 12pm; Saturday 6am -12pm.

Kids Personal Training 2 includes eight 30 minute exercise sessions for kids ages 8-18. If your child needs more exercise than he/she might be getting at school, Bfit personal training sessions are just what they need. When you purchase a 6 pack or 8 pack of training sessions owner, Lynette Miller will get in touch to help you nail down your session times and to assign a personal trainer. Kids Personal Training covers training for one child.
