Small group personal training sessions are for 2-5 participants and guides you in strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, weight management and nutrition.  Our trainers also offer fitness assessments that are used in determining a person’s fitness level in the following areas:  flexibility, body composition, muscular endurance and aerobic conditioning.   This comprehensive  evaluation aids in putting together programs designed for specific needs to reach your goals. When you purchase a personal training package, Bfit Owner, Lynette Miller will get in touch to help you nail down your session times and to assign a personal trainer. Group Personal Training II is 8, 30 minute, one-on-one sessions.
