Are We still accepting Groupons?
Groupons are not being accepted during COVID-19, effected June 1, 2020. If you purchased a Groupon please contact Groupon for a refund, 866-956-1276 .
What time are the classes?
Classes are scheduled weekly please the link is updated every Sunday at 10 AM CST. Class maximum participants are set to 16 people max.
Do I have to register for any class?
Registration is required for ALL classes.
Is there a shower or change room available?
We don’t have showers, but yes we have two bathrooms.
How long do I have to use my Groupon?
You have 90-120 days depending on how many classes you’ve purchased.
How many Groupons can I purchase?
Groupons are for new customers ONLY. You may buy only ONE Groupon for CLASSES, either the 10 class pack or 20 class pack. You may also purchase WITH your class pack, a Real Ryder Cycling Class pack.
Is my Groupon transferrable?
Groupons are not transferrable.
What hours are personal training available?
Hours vary based on client and trainer availability. Give us a call and we’ll work it out.
How do I use my Groupon?
Just bring your voucher into the gym and the Groupon will be exchanged for a punch card which you’ll bring to each class.
Do I have to sign a contract?
If you are new to the gym you will need to sign an “Activity Release and Indemnity Agreement” and that’s it!
What time do classes start?
Well, first you’ll want to download the schedule. Then just arrive about 5 minutes before class. Especially for our Real Ryder Class, where you’ll want to adjust your bike for a comfy ride.
