Hey get ready to join us LIVE at Bfit Fitness in Oak Park, IL for a kick-ass STEP AEROBICS ONLINE class that gets the body moving and the heart pumping. Do what you can or modify, but try to just keep moving for maximum transition benefit.
This class takes place at 5:30pm CST. Upon registration, you will receive a link to join the class LIVE. The following are the times you will tune in, dependent on your time zone:
CST: 5:30pm
EST: 6:30pm
PST: 3:30pm
MST: 4:30pm
AKST: 2:30pm
HST: 1:30pm
This class is 45 minutes. And for a limited time, only $5!

How Live Streaming Works
8-24 hours prior to class time you will receive a link that will take you to our live classroom. You can log in from your browser or download the ZOOM app. Either way we suggest that you test your access at least 1 hour before class time.
You’ll experience the class in real-time. Live streaming from the internet requires a high speed connection. We advise that you don’t register for any of our online classes if you typically experience slow internet speeds and loading times with your browser. We cannot be responsible for nor provide technical support to get you connected to a live class. Please test your internet connection at least 24 hours prior to class time to ensure you are able to view the class. Classes are non-refundable.
