• P.E.S. is short for Power, Endurance and Strength. This class is designed to work every muscle on your body. Increases power and lean muscle mass while continuously burning fat. You will use heavier dumbells plates and barbells to increase your strength and endurance.
  • NEW!  Fit Boxing, Mondays at 5pm. Boxing is an excellent source of conditioning.  Our class is a great way to release frustrations in a positive way, and build self-confidence.Class will cover punching, defensive and offensive fundamentals, endurance exercises, sparring, shadowboxing.

    2. BUT, if you register online a bike will be reserved for you
    3. If you DON'T register online, bikes are available on a FIRST come, FIRST served basis.
    4. If you DO register online, you must arrive within 5 MINUTES of start time  (no exceptions)*
    5. You can arrive up to 30 minutes early to guarantee your spot!
